Questions, answered

Is the pool really private?

Yes. The whole rooftop (pool, sauna, lounge and deck) is reserved for your booking. No shared access, and no other guests on the terrace during your stay.

Is the “open-air tub” separate from the pool?

No, they are the same thing. The pool is open to the sky with no roof over it, which is what the older listing meant. There is one body of water on the terrace.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Can early check-in or late check-out be arranged?

They may be possible, but are not guaranteed. Message us on WhatsApp before you travel for confirmation.

Is parking available?

Free car parking is available on site for guests.

Is the property safe and secure?

There is 24-hour security, CCTV in the common areas and outside the property, and full power backup.

Is it suitable for families?

Yes. The apartment is family-friendly and the booking form takes children. Please supervise children around the water at all times; there is no lifeguard on the terrace.
