The conditions that apply to a stay at STEAM AND POOL.

This page needs the owner’s review before launch. The terms below must be confirmed against the property’s actual booking and stay policies. Do not publish them as legal text without checking them.

Booking

Reservations are made and paid through Zotel. Rates, availability, deposits and the cancellation window shown at the point of booking are the ones that apply.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Earlier or later times may be possible on request but are not guaranteed.

The terrace

The pool, sauna and deck are unstaffed and there is no lifeguard. Guests use them at their own risk and must supervise children around water at all times. Please keep glass away from the pool edge.

Occupancy and conduct

The booking covers the guests named on the reservation. Please keep noise down after 22:00. There are neighbouring residences below the terrace.

Damage

Guests are responsible for damage to the apartment, the terrace or its equipment during their stay.
